Refund Policy

Effective date: May 22, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions to MyVoice.AI, operated by Jacob Pixton, a sole proprietor doing business as ForgedByAtlas, located in the State of Utah, USA.

7-day refund on your first charge

If you are not satisfied with Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. This applies to your first payment only, whether monthly or annual. To request it, email us at forgedbyatlas@proton.me within 7 days of that charge and include the email address on your account.

After the first 7 days

After the 7-day window on your first charge, payments are non-refundable, including renewal charges. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us at forgedbyatlas@proton.me or use the subscription management option provided in the product. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund except as described above.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional refund or cancellation rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
