This Privacy Policy explains how the MyVoice.AI Chrome extension and website ("MyVoice.AI," "we," "us," or "our") handles your information. MyVoice.AI is operated by Jacob Pixton, a sole proprietor doing business as ForgedByAtlas, located in the State of Utah, USA.

The short version
We try to keep as little of your data as possible. Your writing samples stay in your browser, not our database. The message content you send for generation is not stored by us. We keep your email, your subscription tier, and your usage counts so the service can work and bill correctly. We never see your payment card details.
Information we collect
Account information
We use a magic-link email sign-in. To create and access your account, we collect your email address. We do not use passwords, so we do not store any.
Subscription and usage data
We store your subscription tier (Free or Pro) and your usage counts (for example, how many generations you have used against your daily limit). We use this to enforce plan limits and to operate the service.
Your writing samples
During setup you provide samples of your professional and casual writing. These samples are stored in your browser's Chrome sync storage. They are not sent to or stored in our database. Because they live in Chrome sync storage, they are tied to your Chrome profile and subject to Google's handling of Chrome sync data.
Message content you submit for generation
When you ask the extension to write something, you provide context (such as an email you received) and an instruction (what you want to say). This content is sent for processing so we can generate your reply. We do not store this content on our servers. Once your reply is generated, we do not retain the input or the output.
How your content is processed
To generate text, the content you submit is sent to a third-party AI processing provider, OpenRouter, which routes the request to upstream AI model providers. These providers process the content to produce your generated text. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent data practices of OpenRouter or its upstream model providers, and their retention practices may vary. We encourage you to review OpenRouter's privacy terms. We do not store this content ourselves.
Payments
Payments for Pro are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, your payment is handled directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number or other card details. We may receive limited billing-related information from Stripe (such as confirmation of a successful payment and your subscription status) to manage your account. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
- To provide the service and generate text on your request.
- To enforce free-tier limits and manage Pro subscriptions.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not store the message content you submit for generation.
- We do not store your writing samples in our database.
- We do not see your payment card details.
Data retention
We retain your account information (email), subscription tier, and usage counts for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete this information, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with the law. Your writing samples are controlled by you in Chrome sync storage and can be removed by clearing them in the extension or in Chrome.
Your choices and rights
You can stop using the service at any time. You can remove your writing samples through the extension or by clearing Chrome sync storage. To request access to or deletion of the account information we hold, email us at forgedbyatlas@proton.me. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children
MyVoice.AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
